Philip Lee Fields, 72 of Upper Sandusky died Sunday, May 24, 2015 at St. Ann’s Hospital in Westerville.  He was born January 23, 1943 in Marion to the late Lawrence Glenn and Ruth Eleanor (Cleveland) Fields.
