When Hal and I moved back to Richwood one of the first people to visit me was Pauline. She invited me to Bible Study at the Essex Church and picked me up to make sure I got there. She was friendly and very kind. I am very sorry for your loss.

Thinking of Pauline takes me back many years, to when Helen and I were still in "junior high" - just seventh and eighth grade at Jackson. The War had begun, Pauline was at Bowling Green where she was learning the "new way" to teach children to write - manuscript. I was fascinated by this new script so I began "printing."
I often spent time with Helen at Uncle Oliver's and Aunt Gertrude's.
Eventually, Charles came home from the War and when Pauline and Charles were married my Aunt Ruby played the wedding music and I was the soloist! Those pleasant memories are from a long time ago.
Much later, Charlene and I met in a junior high class room - what a delightful experience.
Blessings to the family.
