I am deeply saddened to hear the passing of Stanley "Stan" Seiter yesterday evening. He and his wife Lu (survives) attended our church when I was growing up that's how we met. I remember looking forward to when church would be over so I could run up to him to give him a big bear hug he was so friendly and approachable. Stan had a true heart of gold he was always doing stuff for others before himself. He was a skilled carpenter much like both of my grandfathers I loved watching him transform the D.O.T.C. Antiques Store I loved going up there after school and hanging out with him and Lu and him build their new home. My heart is so full right now and mind flooding with memories. Love you and rest in peace buddy!

I did not have the blessing of knowing Stan, personally in this life. However, I did have the blessing of seeing how happy he made my friend, Lu, his wife. I know his loss will be keenly felt by her and others who knew him well. May the Lord fill all who mourn with His comfort and peace.
