Peg made the world a nicer place. She was always cheerful. My favorite memory of Peg and Ernie is when they decided my recently widowed mom needed a cat for companionship. Since she told them NO, she didn't want a cat, they proceeded to just drop off a nice kitty at her house. That cat was the perfect pet- - beloved by all of us.They finally confessed a few years later to dropping off the cat. Peg was a wonderful friend to my mom. My sympathies for your loss. Bev, I am so sorry to hear this. Getting to know and help care for Peg and Ernie was a true blessing! Often when a day was unbearable, they would give me a hug or just sit and talk for a bit and it would lift my spirits! They passed that special caring spirit on as your family was always so caring and thankful to all of us! Reminiscing with you about when you was a teacher and my brother(Cody) and Mark when they were kids. I can’t express how much that meant to me! I will keep your family in my prayers may god help carry you through this time.

Thinking of Peg and Ernie brings a smile to one's face. In my mind they were solid faithful people. Always faithful to their church and it's "Sunday school." I have pleasant memories of when Randy was a little boy because he was about the age of my boys. May Randy and Bev and their families have many pleasant memories of their parents.
