I have enjoyed your family's friendship since joining rcc in 2000. I enjoy sitting in the church with you covering my back. Pam, I enjoyed seeing you at basketball games, playing games with you on fb. I enjoyed those little notes we would pass on fb. You always had the last post. But I got to know you best when I was a part of a family vacation to the Florida panhandle where my niece marilyn lived. We sat in the back of the car. We were like teenagers at a slumber party. We laughed. We cried. We became sisters in Christ. I will miss you in so many ways but not nearly as much as your family misses you. Even when you were hurting from your or your sister Caroline's treatments, you still posted words of encouragement and love to me and many of our fb friends. I know you are with our Lord. You have found George and are offering words of encouragement to him. Until we meet again, I will do my best to be adopted grandma to Cody, Emma and Eli.
To your family, your mom never gave up. I love you all.
