Sorry to hear about the loss of my friend Ron.  I met Ron in the mid 1970's at Twin Fair Dept. store.  I have a couple of Ron memories from that time:  The Raid Rack...we were to move the freestanding Raid Rack from Lawn and Garden to the Hardware Dept.  Someone came up with the bright idea of moving as it was, with all the cans of bug sprays just left on the rack.  So Ron, Rick Fletcher, Doug Thacker and myself position ourselves at each corner of the rack. We started to make the trek to hardware carefully balancing the rack so no cans would fall off and almost made it, but one of us tripped over an unseen end cap.  Almost every can came tumbling off the rack...must have been 200 cans. We must have laughed for 10 minutes.  It was a mess.  I have a polaroid of the debacle.  Ron and I also took an end of Summer trip to Canada in 1974.  It was the first trip that I took with someone other than my family.  We had a great time...I will never forget sleeping on the ground on a deserted road near Mt. Holly in Michigan (we didn't want to pay for a motel.  We stayed in the campground at Pancake Bay north of Sault St. Marie on Lake Superior and I have a great photo of Ron taking a bath in the cold September waters of Lake Superior with the waves crashing around him.  Thanks for the memories Ron.  My thoughts and prayers are with the family.

Many prayers for all of the family. Ron was all about family. So glad all of you were together this past holiday season and that he had his kids and grandkids in his life. He came by here with Eric when they went on vacation last year and we had a nice visit. He will be missed.
