To the Huckaba family,

So sorry for your loss. Below is a poem I read when I have suffered a loss, hopefully it will bring you some comfort.

When I Must Leave You by Helen Steiner Rice

When I must leave you for a little while,
Please do not grieve and shed wild tears
And hug your sorrow to you through the years,
But start out bravely with a gallant smile;

And for my sake and in my name
Live on and do all the things the same,
Feed not your loneliness on empty days
But fill each waking hour in useful ways.

Reach out your hand in comfort and in cheer
And I, in turn, will comfort your and hold you near;
And never, never be afraid to die,
For I am waiting for you in the sky!

My deepest sympathy,
Ron Dubil

It was so sad to hear about Aunt Shirley's passing. I have so many great memories as a child visiting Bob and Shirley's home, and especially Shirley's great sense of humor! She had such a wonderful laugh! I also remember that when we visited, the food would be awesome...Shirley was a great cook, and there was always plenty to eat. I know that the Huckaba family will cherish all the great memories of their mother, grandmother, and friend.
