Richard Ivan Biggs, Jr.
Richard Ivan Biggs, Jr.Tractor Farmall HRichard Ivan Biggs, Jr., 68 of Richwood, died unexpectedly Tuesday, May 5, 2015 at his home.  He was born May 19, 1946 in Columbus to the late Richard Ivan Sr. and Betty (Campbell) Biggs.

On September 26, 1964 he married his high school sweetheart, Linda Lou Welsh in Grove City.  He has missed her terribly since her death on March 26, 2013.

He was a retired truck driver for Signal Delivery and Matlack and had been a farmer.  Richard loved working on and restoring old cars and tractors.  He enjoyed arrowhead hunting and just being outdoors.  His grandchildren were the center of his life, and he enjoyed spending time with them, whether it was going fishing or indulging his sweet tooth by sharing candy.

He is survived by two sons, Frederick (Carol) Biggs, Marysville; Andrew Biggs, Richwood; a daughter, Laurie Rehart, Somerset; 11 grandchildren, 3 great-grandchildren; and a sister, Carol Leming, Ashville.

Funeral services will be Friday, May 8, 2015 at 7:00 PM at the Stofcheck-Ballinger Funeral Home, Richwood with Pastor Joe Rhea officiating.  Friends may call two hours prior to the service, beginning at 5:00 PM.

Memorial gifts may be made to the Union County Humane Society, 16540 County Home Road, Marysville, OH 43040.

So sorry to hear about your father and grandfather passing away.  What a shock for all for all of you.  Am praying that God's peace will cover you as you go through this valley.
