Susan Marie Carver
Susan Marie CarverPraying HandsSusan Marie Carver, 64 of West Mansfield died unexpectedly Sunday, October 19, 2014 at Memorial Hospital of Union County.  She was born December 10, 1949 in Jerome Township in Union County to the late Monroe J. and Mavis Rose (Marlowe) Schlabach.  She was also preceded in death by a son, Michael Carver; a sister, Sheila Schlabach; and her former husband, David Reagan Carver.

She loved the Lord and attended the Richwood Community United Calvary Church.  Family was at the center of her life, and she gave much of herself and her wisdom to them.  Susan was also an avid OSU Buckeye Fan.

She is survived by two sons, David (Bonnie) Carver, West Mansfield; Benjamin (Tonya) Carver, Mustang, Oklahoma; three daughters, Tammy Carver, Richwood; Beth Carver, West Mansfield; Rachel (Adam Adkins) Carver, Marysville; three brothers, Harvey Schlabach, Columbus; Wayne (Karen) Schlabach, Lancaster; Edwin (Cathy) Schlabach, Springfield; eighteen grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.

Funeral services will be Saturday, October 25, 2014 at 1:00 PM at the Community United Calvary Church 273 Race St. Richwood, Ohio 43344 with Pastor David Hudson officiating.  Burial will follow in York Cemetery.  Friends may call two hours prior to the service at the church, beginning at 11:00 AM.

Memorial gifts may be given to Stofcheck-Ballinger Funeral Home at PO Box 122 Richwood, Ohio 43344 to help the family with final expenses.

I just found this in 2020, so if you are like me and you still miss grandma, Me and Aunt Tammy are always one call away. Grandma is watching over all of us with much love.
