Earl L. Elliott
Earl L. ElliottWheatEarl L. Elliott, age 89, died Thursday November 21, 2013 at 10:13 AM at Riverside Hospital in Columbus, Ohio. He was born November 12, 1924 in Fayette County Ohio to the late George E. and Lucy Pearl (Shoemaker) Elliott. On January 18, 1947 he married Bernice Marie Robinson and she died October 27, 2010.

He is survived by two sons; Earl David (Janet) Elliott and Steven A. Elliott both of LaRue and one daughter  Delores Ann (Roy) Reinhart of Alvada, Ohio. Eight Grandchildren, Nine Great Grandchildren and one Great Great Grandchild. He was preceded in death by five brothers; Clarence, Siegel, George, Ted, and Joe. Also four sisters; Mildred Dawes, Dorothy Chain, Bessie Bowers and Betty Robinette.

Earl was a retired machinist from Armco Steel, Member of the United Steel Workers Union, Veteran of WW II. He also farmed. Enjoyed working and liked the outdoors.

Funeral Services will be held Monday November 25, 2013 at 11:00 AM at the Stofcheck-Ballinger Funeral Home in LaRue. Minister will be the Rev. Tim Pasma.  Burial in the Fairview Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home in LaRue Sunday November 24, 2013 from 2 to 4 PM.

Those who wish may make contribution to either the LaRue Baptist Church or the American Cancer Society.
