I had known Helen since my Sunday School days at the Prospect Church and it was always good to see her at First church when I visited Marion. She was always a sweet person and I know her friends will miss her.My prayers go out to her family.

Have known the McPhersons (Ralph, Anna, Bill and Harriet)since the 1930s,when my parents and I lived in a walk-up apartment over a grocery store on Main Street in Prospect.  My dad had a shoe repair shop next to Drake's furniture store and funeral parlor.  I particularly remember when Harriet took me to visit her mother and introduced her sister Ruth who had a beautiful horse.  Was I ever impressed!
Keeping in touch with Harriet year after year has been such a pleasure. She came to visit us in Bellville and we visited her on Fairfax.  And we exchanged many greeting cards.  A special light in my life has been extinguished.  I am sad.

I have a fish mobile that Harriet made for me many years ago when we were both active in Eastern Star.  She was one of the most amazing women I have ever had the opportunity to know. May God bless her family during this time of loss.
