Anna Louise Hedge
Anna Louise HedgeCrossAnna Louise Hedge, age 87, formerly of Richwood, died Saturday evening, April 23, 2011 at Primrose Retirement Community in Marion.  She was born July 19, 1923 in Linton Township in Coshocton County to the late Lester E. and Nancy (Workman) Roahrig.

She was a member of Claibourne United Methodist Church and the Richwood Civic Center, where she was a long-time resident of the Richwood Community Apartments.  A Plainfield High School graduate, she worked for Ohio Power in Coshocton for 10 years and then the Columbus Dispatch for 3 years.  A dedicated homemaker, she was helpful to her husband Jim in all of his undertakings.

She is survived by her husband of 59 years, James, whom she married March 14, 1952 in Loudenville.  She is also survived by a niece, Rosemary and numerous close friends.  She was preceded in death by a brother, Gerald E. Roahrig.

Funeral services will be Wednesday, April 27, 2011 at 7:00 PM in the Stofcheck-Ballinger Funeral Home, Richwood with Pastors Steve Brown and Rich Applegarth officiating.  Friends may call two hours prior to the service from 5 to 7 PM.  Graveside services will take place on Thursday, April 28 at 1:00 PM in Plainfield Cemetery, Coshocton with Rev. Paul Gerycz officating.

Memorial gifts may be made to Heartland Hospice, 685 Delaware Ave., Marion, OH  43302.

I am so sorry for your loss...My mom (Wilma Daniels) thought so much of you and Anna, I just wanted you to know the how thankful  I am for the kindness you showed to my mom..God bless and keep you...
