I remember the first time I ever had Frannie to our house. I had made nice dinner and since I had been told she liked wine, and I am a fan also, I got a nice bottle and we shared it all by ourselves. We sat at the table and laughed and giggled as if we had known each other for years. I will always remember that about her,  and her sense of humor. We'll miss you Frannie. Rest peacefully in His arms, dear.

Life is not measured by the number of breath's we take, but by the moment's that take our breath away. Frannie was good at that. Rest in peace.

Thu, Feb 25, 2010 at 4:21 PM

To the Pickens Family,

The Bocklage family would like to extend heartfelt condolences to the Pickens family in their time of grief. Frannie and Delmar were dear people and they will be missed.

It is times like these when we must remember the source of some of the most comforting words on earth - the Bible. Scripture tells us who we can turn to in time of grief and crisis:  "He that dwelleth in the secret place of the most High shall abide under the shadow of the Almighty. I will say of the Lord, He is my refuge and my fortress: my God; in him will I trust." -Psalm 91:1-2

We may not always understand everything that happens in our lives, but if you know Jesus Christ as your personal Savior, He can be your refuge in times of crisis. He can be your source of comfort, healing, and trust. If you do not know Him, I hope you will turn to Him in your grief.

He stands ready with this invitation: "Come unto me, all ye that labor and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest." - Matthew 9:28 My family and I will pray for your family in the days to come, that each and every one of you might find that rest in Jesus Christ.

Sincerely,
Pastor Chris Bocklage and Family
