| Vanetta Elisabeth Hinderer, 74, of Richwood died Saturday, Sept. 25, 1993,
at MedCenter Hospital in Marion after a three-week illness. She was retired from Westinghouse and was a member of the Richwood First United Methodist Church, the Richwood Civic Center and the Kitchen Band. She was born June 8,1919, in Marysville to the late John and Clara Ruhl Niebler. She married Fred Walden Hinderer on Oct. 16,1937 and he preceded her in death on Feb. 28, 1980. She is survived by her second husband, Arthur "Ozzie" Sedgwick, whom she married March 13, 1990; a son, John Hinderer of Marysville; two daughters, Mrs. Robert (Kay) Moulder of Plano, Texas, and Mary Jo Clendening of Clinton, Mo.; ten grandchildren; and three nieces, Mrs. Clarence Dixon, Raymond, Mrs. Alan (Nancy) Herd of Richwood and Mrs. Roger Grove of Albany, Ga. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday at the Richwood First United Methodist Church. The Rev. Wilbur R. Boyer will officiate and interment will be at Oakdale Cemetery in Marysville. Friends may call Tuesday from 7 to 9 p.m. at the Ballinger-Peppard Funeral Home in Richwood and at the church one hour prior to the service.
